OUR FUTURE

Our vision for Weldon Heating and Air is to create the best heating and air company that has ever existed. We work hard not just when we are in our customers homes, but in our shop and with our minds.

We are constantly looking to push towards having better tools and skills, even if we have to create them. We work towards being able to compute in our heads the same thing the new expensive equipment can.

Sometimes we can’t get to all of the customers who want us because we are extremely picky about who we hire. Honesty and integrity come first at Weldon. Without it, a person has zero chance of working with us.

Aptitude comes next, do the WANT to be great at their jobs. Are the “Into It” as we say. Everything else, we can train them for, but you would not believe how hard it is to find people who want to do a good job today.
